The services may contain links to or integrations with third‑party websites, services, or content that are not owned or controlled by Wanderland. Wanderland does not endorse or assume responsibility for any third‑party sites, content, products, or services and makes no representations regarding their accuracy or security. Your use of third‑party sites is at your sole risk and subject to their terms and policies.

- Fees & Paid Features
Certain features or services may be offered for a fee. Prices are stated in U.S. dollars and are subject to change with reasonable notice, typically via posting on the site or direct communication. Except as expressly stated otherwise, all fees are non‑refundable. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide and agree to pay all applicable charges, including taxes.
- Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Wanderland and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, partners, and service providers from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the services, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms or any law.
- Disclaimers
The services and all content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non‑infringement. Wanderland does not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, secure, error‑free, or free of harmful components, or that any content will be accurate or complete. Your use of the services is at your sole risk.
- Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wanderland will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event will Wanderland’s aggregate liability for all claims exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you have paid to Wanderland for use of the services in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).
- Term & Termination
These Terms are effective until terminated by either you or Wanderland. You may stop using the services at any time. Wanderland may suspend or terminate your access, or cease offering the services, at any time with or without notice, including if you violate these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including those regarding User Content license, ownership, indemnification, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law) will remain in effect.
- Changes to the Services or Terms
We may modify or discontinue any part of the services at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time, and the revised version will be effective when posted unless otherwise stated. Your continued use of the services after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the services.

Any feedback, comments, or suggestions you provide regarding Wanderland or the services are voluntary. You agree that Wanderland may use such feedback without restriction and that you assign to Wanderland all rights, title, and interest in such feedback.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent; we may assign them without restriction.
